Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate in relevant field (recognized by NCVT/AICTE/UGC).
- Age Limit: As per Apprentices Act 1961 (usually 18–28 years). Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories.
- Experience: Fresh candidates who have not completed apprenticeship earlier.
- Other: Candidate must be registered on Apprenticeship India (for ITI) or NATS portal (for Diploma/Graduate).
Stipend (Monthly Salary)
As per the Apprentices Act 1961 – approx. ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 per month depending on qualification and trade.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on academic merit and eligibility.
- Final selection through interview / document verification at CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar.
